An action that runs after Write and Edit tool calls finish. It executes a versioning script for Claude Code Skills through npx, a command-line package runner.

Use it to trigger skill-version-hook.ts after writing or editing files.

It keeps the versioning step tied to file changes instead of requiring a separate manual command after each edit.
