What is SessionStart?

A session-start hook that runs a shell command when a coding session begins.

Use it to check and display the contents of ~/.claude/patterns/PATTERNS.md at the beginning of a session.

It can load a local patterns file at startup when that file exists, giving the session access to saved project patterns.
