What is UserPromptSubmit?

An automatic script trigger that runs when you submit a prompt, before the coding agent receives it. It runs a JavaScript file with Node.js.

Use it for actions that need to happen at prompt submission time.

It provides a point where the plugin can handle or record each submitted prompt before processing starts.
