What is SessionStart?

A session-start hook that runs setup commands for Ultan, a local Markdown memory system for the coding agent. It also starts Ultan's session-start action when its local program is available.

Use it to initialize or check Ultan at the start of each session.

It prepares the memory system automatically when a new coding session begins, so required setup does not have to be run manually.
