What is UserPromptSubmit?

A prompt-submission hook that runs two local Python scripts before the coding agent sees each prompt. The scripts are named for recall ranking and probing.

Use it to trigger the configured recall-ranking and probe scripts whenever a user submits a prompt.

It adds automatic processing at the start of each request, without requiring the agent to run those scripts manually.
