What is SessionStart?

A set of commands that runs automatically when a coding session starts. The commands check help documentation, look for notes passed from earlier sessions, and reconcile those notes.

Use it to refresh help information and restore or reconcile handoff notes at session startup.

It reduces the chance of missing updated project guidance or unfinished context when beginning a new session.
