What is SessionStart?

A session-start hook that runs a shell script when a session starts or is cleared. A hook is an automatic action triggered by a lifecycle event.

Use it to initialize or restore session context when working with the associated MCP memory project.

It performs the project's startup preparation automatically, so the same setup does not need to be repeated manually each session.
