What is PostCompletion?

A post-completion hook that runs a memgrid synchronization command after a task finishes. It records start, success, or failure messages in .memgrid/sync.log and reports failures.

Use it to trigger memgrid sync after completion, track the outcome with timestamps and the machine name, and surface failed synchronizations.

It removes the need to remember to synchronize memgrid after every completed task and leaves a log for troubleshooting.
