Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02663 | $0.02663 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01332 | $0.01332 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00533 | $0.00533 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00266 | $0.00266 |
Grade A, and why
claude_onboarding_agent CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 199 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Claude Onboarding Agent — Development Instructions
What This Repo Is
A Claude Code plugin with 16 skills (onboarding, setup skills, and maintenance utilities). Skills are markdown files in skills/*/SKILL.md. The plugin generates configuration files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, etc.) in users' projects.
Key Paths
skills/— all skill files (one folder per skill, each with aSKILL.md).claude-plugin/plugin.json— plugin manifest (registers skills and commands)scripts/install.sh— GitHub installation scriptdocs/superpowers/specs/— design documentsdocs/superpowers/plans/— implementation plans
Command registry source of truth: slash commands derive from skill directory names — skills/<name>/ exposes /<name>, and the command description comes from the skill's SKILL.md frontmatter description. The manifest registers skill directories in skills[]; the current plugin schema has no commands[] field, and this repository does not use project-local .claude/commands/ entrypoints.
Adding a New Skill
- Create
skills/[skill-name]/SKILL.md - Follow the pattern from existing skills: language detection, handoff context consumption, installation method question, 3–7 context questions (one at a time), artifact generation, completion summary
- Add the skill directory (e.g.
skills/[skill-name]) toskills[]in.claude-plugin/plugin.json— the slash command name derives from the directory name - Add a trigger-eval fixture at
evals/[skill-name].json(>=5 should-trigger, >=3 should-not-trigger prompts; seedocs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-12-skill-eval-harness-design.md) - Add the new path as an option in
skills/onboarding/SKILL.md(Step 3 and Step 5) - Update
README.md(What's Inside table)
Repository Language Rule
All public repo artifacts — GitHub issues, PR titles/descriptions, commit messages, code comments, docs — must be written in English, regardless of the conversation language. Conversation with the user may be in German; output that lands in the repo or on GitHub must not.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

claude_onboarding_agent CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository a2ngerer/claude_onboarding_agent (5 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT.
