Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00735 | $0.00735 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00367 | $0.00367 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00147 | $0.00147 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00073 | $0.00073 |
Grade A, and why
AI-PM-essential-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 43 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What this repo is
Four Claude Code skills built for AI product managers. Each solves a real problem in the AI PM workflow — inference economics, eval design, context reliability, and output compression.
PR rules (non-negotiable)
- Every change to a SKILL.md goes through a PR. No direct pushes to main.
- Every PR is reviewed using
/pr-reviewbefore merge. - One concern per PR. Schema changes, logic changes, and doc changes are separate PRs.
- PR description must state: what changed, why, and how to test the change.
Skill quality bar
A skill ships when:
- The SKILL.md has valid frontmatter (name, description, argument-hint)
- The skill body has at least 3 explicit hard rules
- A test input + expected output exists in the skill's README section
- The PR review returns APPROVE
What we do not ship
- Skills that duplicate official Anthropic surfaces
- Skills that produce unverifiable output (fabricated metrics, invented pricing)
- Skills without explicit failure guardrails
Skill routing (fallback for not-yet-enabled sessions)
Plugin skills fire natively once .claude/settings.json (marketplace + enabledPlugins) is committed to the repo and the session trusts project settings. Sessions started before that commit, or where the plugin was installed mid-session rather than picked up from committed settings, won't have it in their invocable set yet. For those sessions, when a request matches one of the descriptions below, read that skill's SKILL.md from pm-tactical/skills/ and follow it exactly, as if it had fired natively:
- Model choice / "which model should I use" / cost-per-task →
pm-tactical/skills/model-complexity-router/SKILL.md - Generate an artifact and validate it against a spec / self-QA →
pm-tactical/skills/builder-validator/SKILL.md - Improve or tune an existing prompt →
pm-tactical/skills/prompt-optimizer-loop/SKILL.md - Audit MCP connectors / context filling up too fast →
pm-tactical/skills/cli-over-mcp-auditor/SKILL.md - Set up project memory / remember stakeholders across sessions →
pm-tactical/skills/pm-context-system/SKILL.md
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

AI-PM-essential-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Abhillashjadhav/AI-PM-essential-skills (3 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 735 tokens to every session, about $0.0037 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
