Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02617 $0.02617
Opus 5 $0.01308 $0.01308
Sonnet 5 $0.00523 $0.00523
Haiku 4.5 $0.00262 $0.00262

Measured 6d ago against content hash 1af9c8ef55c5, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

pi-claude-marketplace CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Guidelines

General

Before editing any file, read it first. Before modifying a function, trace its callers. Research before you edit.

Git

  • NEVER commit to the main branch.

  • Branch names: main, features/*, releases/*. New feature branches use features/<name>.

  • Git commit messages and PR titles: Follow the Conventional Commits specification. Titles must be at least 5 characters and no more than 72 characters. Body lines must be no more than 80 characters. Avoid GSD milestone/phases mentions.

  • Run pre-commit run --all-files (or pre-commit run --files <changed files>) before attempting git commit. Fix any failures, restage, and re-run until clean. Do not commit and recover from hook failures after the fact -- a failed pre-commit hook means the commit did NOT happen, so iterating with --amend is wrong (it would alter the previous commit).

  • NEVER use --no-verify to skip the hooks.

  • NEVER rebase, never rewrite history. Update branches by merging.

  • When committing from inside a worktree, prefix the commit with SKIP=trufflehog, but only after confirming the scan is clean by the filesystem route below. Do not extend SKIP= to other hooks.

The hook entry is trufflehog git file://. --since-commit HEAD --results=verified --fail -- a git-mode scan. In a linked worktree .git is a text file holding gitdir: <main>/.git/worktrees/<name>, not a directory, so the scan cannot find .git/index and aborts with:

error preparing repo: failed to read index file: open <worktree>/.git/index: not a directory

This is structural, not transient. pre-commit run trufflehog --all-files fails identically, so it does not confirm anything -- run a filesystem scan over the paths you are committing instead:

    TH=$(find "${PRE_COMMIT_HOME:-$HOME/.cache/pre-commit}" -type f -name trufflehog -perm -u+x | head -1)
    "$TH" filesystem <changed paths> --results=verified,unknown --fail

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
