What is claude-code-blueprint CLAUDE.md?

A set of project instructions for Claude Code, an AI coding assistant. It covers expected behaviour, tools, coding standards and ways to avoid made-up information.

It is for defining how Claude Code should use tools, follow project standards and handle uncertainty.
