About this project
agent-passport-system-mcp is the Model Context Protocol server that exposes APS protocol primitives as MCP tools. Every public SDK primitive has a corresponding MCP tool registered via server.tool(...). LLM-facing agents call these tools to issue passports, build delegations, verify receipts, evaluate governance, etc. Apache-2.0.
This repo is tightly coupled to agent-passport-system (the SDK). Version alignment matters: when the SDK adds a primitive, this repo adds the corresponding tool. The tool count is part of the public narrative.
Dev environment

npm installinstalls both this package and the SDK dep.src/index.tsis the single-file source of all MCP tool registrations. Do not split until there is a real reason.
Test before you ship
