Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00555 | $0.00555 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00278 | $0.00278 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00111 | $0.00111 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00056 | $0.00056 |
Grade A, and why
lyra-ai CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Claude Code — Lyra (lyra-ai)
Mandatory: git before/after work
Source of truth is Hetzner production (/root/lyra-ai), NOT GitHub. Lyra self-edits
on the server, so the server line is always furthest ahead. GitHub origin/main is a
push-mirror of Hetzner; the Mac clone is a downstream copy that pulls from GitHub.
History: the old "GitHub
mainis source of truth" workflow (previously documented here) caused a 3-way divergence — 260+ commits on prod never pushed, plus a stale GitHub fork. Reconciled 2026-06-20: GitHub was force-mirrored to the prod line. Don't reintroduce the "GitHub is canonical" assumption.
On Hetzner (the canonical writer) — after a logical change set:
cd /root/lyra-ai
git add -A # or specific paths
git commit -m "describe change"
git push origin main # keep the GitHub mirror current
On the Mac clone (downstream, read-mostly):
git fetch origin && git pull --ff-only origin main
If you must edit on the Mac, commit + push there, then git pull on Hetzner to
re-integrate. Avoid two writers diverging — Hetzner is the default writer.
Full rules, VPS deploy, and safety constraints: docs/GIT-WORKFLOW.md.
If git pull --ff-only fails, reconcile with the user before proceeding (do not force-push
except a deliberate Hetzner→GitHub mirror).
Project context
- Agent instructions for the OpenClaw workspace also live in
AGENTS.md(session/memory patterns for Lyra runtime). - Public/private split: live personal config (
SOUL.md,MEMORY.md,HEARTBEAT.md,cron-jobs.json,notion/notion.md) lives in the private repolyra-private(/root/lyra-privateon Hetzner) — never in this public repo. Seedocs/12-public-private-split.md. Public templates:config/SOUL-template.md,config/MEMORY-template.md,config/cron-jobs.example.json. - Product rules:
lyra-private/config/SOUL.md,lyra-private/MEMORY.md(when applicable).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

lyra-ai CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository ahkedia/lyra-ai (5 stars, last pushed 20d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 555 tokens to every session, about $0.0028 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
