ziyuanzhan: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

ziyuanzhan AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from aidizhi/ziyuanzhan. It costs 400 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for ziyuanzhan, a Python monitoring tool that checks whether video-resource websites are available. It runs scheduled checks with GitHub Actions and publishes a status dashboard through GitHub Pages.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for maintaining the monitoring script, HTTP health checks, generated JSON data, the dashboard, scheduled workflows, and the MCP server that provides six query tools.
Why use it?
Website availability can change, and manually checking many sites is repetitive. Automated checks provide current status data and a public dashboard.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00400 $0.00400
Opus 5 $0.00200 $0.00200
Sonnet 5 $0.00080 $0.00080
Haiku 4.5 $0.00040 $0.00040

Security

Grade A, and why

ziyuanzhan AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md

Project Overview

ziyuanzhan is a Python-based monitoring tool that automatically checks the availability of video resource sites listed on ziyuanzu.com. It runs on GitHub Actions (every 2 hours), performs HTTP health checks, and generates a dark-themed status dashboard deployed via GitHub Pages.

Architecture

  • monitor.py - Core script: fetches site list from ziyuanzu.com, runs HTTP health checks, generates docs/index.html and data/latest.json
  • mcp_server.py - MCP (Model Context Protocol) server providing 6 query tools for AI assistants
  • .github/workflows/monitor.yml - GitHub Actions cron workflow (every 2 hours)
  • docs/index.html - Auto-generated monitoring dashboard (GitHub Pages source)
  • data/ - JSON data files (latest + historical archives)

Tech Stack

  • Python 3.11+
  • requests, beautifulsoup4, lxml (web scraping)
  • mcp (Model Context Protocol server)
  • GitHub Actions (CI/CD scheduling)
  • GitHub Pages (static hosting)

Always Do

  • Read monitor.py and mcp_server.py to understand the data flow before making changes
  • Ensure any changes to monitor.py maintain backward compatibility with the JSON data schema in data/latest.json
  • Test locally with python monitor.py before pushing changes
  • Keep the generated docs/index.html self-contained (inline CSS, no external dependencies)

Ask First

  • Changing the cron schedule frequency
  • Modifying the data source URL (ziyuanzu.com)
  • Adding new MCP tools (coordinate with existing tool naming convention)

Never Do

  • Commit manually generated docs/index.html or data/*.json files (they are auto-generated by Actions)
  • Add dependencies not listed in requirements.txt
  • Remove or rename existing MCP tools without deprecation notice
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
