Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04204 | $0.04204 |
| Opus 5 | $0.02102 | $0.02102 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00841 | $0.00841 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00420 | $0.00420 |
Grade A, and why
Codelens-AI CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 171 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
Codelens AI (codelens-ai on npm) is a CLI tool that measures ROI from AI coding agents by correlating token usage with git commit output. It parses Claude Code session files (~/.claude/projects/), OpenAI Codex CLI rollout files (~/.codex/sessions/), and GitHub Copilot sessions from the standalone CLI (~/.copilot/session-state/) plus official VS Code Chat/agent mode (workspaceStorage/*/chatSessions/), analyzes git history, and serves an interactive dashboard at http://localhost:3457 with per-agent source tabs (All Agents / Claude Code / OpenAI Codex / GitHub Copilot).

Tech Stack
- Runtime: Node.js >= 22.12, ES modules (
"type": "module") - Backend: Express.js 5.0.0
- CLI: Commander.js 13.0.0
- MCP:
@modelcontextprotocol/sdk—codelens-ai mcpserves the reports as MCP tools over stdio (src/mcp.js); stdout carries only JSON-RPC, so all progress output must go to stderr there - Frontend: Single-file HTML (
src/dashboard.html) with vanilla JS + Chart.js 4.5.1. The UMD bundle is committed atsrc/vendor/chart.umd.min.jsand served at/vendor/chart.umd.min.js— no CDN, works offline, and does not depend onchart.jsbeing resolvable at the user's runtime (npx caches have shipped partialnode_modules).chart.jsis a devDependency; refresh the vendored copy withnpm run vendor:chartafter upgrading it (also runs onprepublishOnly). - Testing:
node --testunit + server-route tests (tests/unit/), a packaging smoke test (npm run test:package— packs → clean-installs → boots → asserts the dashboard and vendored chart serve), and Playwright (E2E) - Styling: Inline CSS design tokens, "warm-ink instrument panel" (dark) / "warm-paper ledger" (light) theme; fonts: Bricolage Grotesque (display), Instrument Sans (body), IBM Plex Mono (data). Chart palette is CVD-validated per theme — don't swap chart hues casually.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Codelens-AI CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Akshat2634/Codelens-AI (11 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 4,204 tokens to every session, about $0.0210 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
