Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02291 | $0.02291 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01145 | $0.01145 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00458 | $0.00458 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00229 | $0.00229 |
Grade A, and why
monobank-mcp-server CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 218 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that bridges Claude AI with the Monobank banking API. Published to npm as monobank-mcp-server. Runs as a CLI tool via npx monobank-mcp-server.
Build
npm run build # tsc && chmod +x build/index.js
npm run pack:mcpb # build + package as .mcpb bundle
TypeScript compiles from src/ to build/. The output entry point (build/index.js) has a shebang and is chmod'd executable. No test or lint scripts exist.
Uses TypeScript 7 (the Go-native compiler). Note that TS 7 no longer auto-includes every @types/* package, so tsconfig.json sets "types": ["node"] explicitly — without it, process fails to resolve in config.ts and index.ts.
MCPB Support
The project includes a manifest.json (MCPB v0.3) for one-click installation in Claude Desktop/Claude Code. The manifest declares all three tools, wires MONOBANK_API_TOKEN via user_config (secure prompt on install), and requires Node >=18.
npm run pack:mcpb builds, then runs scripts/pack-mcpb.sh, which stages into mcpb-staging/ and zips to monobank-mcp-server.mcpb:
| Path in bundle | Source |
|---|---|
manifest.json |
copied; entry_point is server/index.js |
package.json |
copied — required at the bundle root so "type": "module" applies to server/*.js |
server/ |
contents of build/ |
node_modules/ |
npm ci --omit=dev against the staged lockfile |
Dependencies are installed fresh rather than copied from the repo's node_modules, which would drag dev dependencies in — typescript@7 alone adds a ~26MB platform-specific Go binary. The install passes --ignore-scripts; revisit that if a runtime dependency ever needs a native build step.
Version Bumping
When bumping the app version, update ALL of these files:
| File | Location |
|---|---|
package.json |
"version" field |
package-lock.json |
Run npm install --package-lock-only after updating package.json |
src/index.ts |
version in new McpServer({...}) constructor |
manifest.json |
"version" field |
server.json |
"version" field (top-level) and "packages[0].version" |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

monobank-mcp-server CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository akutishevsky/monobank-mcp-server (9 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,291 tokens to every session, about $0.0115 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
