Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00474 | $0.00474 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00190 | $0.00190 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00095 | $0.00095 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00047 | $0.00047 |
Grade A, and why
blackboard-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
AGENTS.md
Long tasks: when to keep going, when to stop
These came from Anthropic's Opus 5.5 guidance (Sep 2026). They hold for any agent.
- Keep going when a step doesn't need me. Put status notes in the same message as your next action. Stop and ask only when you can't continue without me, or before anything destructive or outward-facing: deleting data, force-pushing, deploying to production, sending anything external, or changing anything outside this repository.
- Know what "done" is before you start. If the request doesn't define it, write the finish line down first (what works, what's gone, which checks pass) and work to it.
- Keep the task list in a file, not in the conversation. For work longer than one sitting,
use the active goal in
.claude/goals/if there is one, otherwise aTASKS.mdchecklist at the repo root (don't commit it). Tick items off as you go; re-read it after the conversation is summarized. - Split big audits and migrations across subagents. Give each independent area its own subagent. When one reports back, check its evidence before you accept it.
- Review your own diff before calling it done. List only problems you'd block the merge for — where, why it's wrong, how to show it fails — and fix them.
- Mark anything you couldn't confirm, and say where you looked.
- Lead the final message with what needs me. Anything waiting on my input comes first (or say plainly that nothing is), then the summary.
- Don't write "think hard" / "think carefully" into prompts, skills, goals or instructions. The model already thinks before it replies; those lines only slow it down.
Shipped build
dist/is committed on purpose. Students run it directly, and setup installs only runtime packages (no compiler), which keeps their download small. After any change undersrc/, runnpm run buildand commitdist/in the same commit.npm testfails if it is stale.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
