Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02163 | $0.02163 |

Grade B, and why
ceo-agent-workflow CLAUDE.md scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Reads agent configuration directoriesmediumAgent snooping
.claude/, .codex/, .gemini/ hold keys, settings and other credentials a mod has no legitimate need for.

Project Overview
This is the bootstrap project for CEO Agent Workflow — a file-driven agent orchestration framework that enables technical startups to run their operations through Claude Code. This repository contains the initialization script and templates that generate new CEO agent framework projects.
Important distinction: This repository is NOT a generated project. It contains:
src/init_startup.sh— The bootstrap script that creates new projects- Default agent definitions, templates, and framework files
- Pre-commit hooks and CI/CD configuration for the bootstrap project itself
When users run ./src/init_startup.sh my-startup, it creates a separate directory with the complete framework structure.
Settings Files
Two settings files exist with different purposes:
-
.claude/settings.local.json(this bootstrap project): Development configuration for working on the bootstrap project itself. Uses.local.jsonconvention to indicate machine-specific settings not meant to be copied to generated projects. -
src/templates/_claude/settings.json(copied to generated projects): Runtime configuration for generated CEO framework projects. Contains MCP permissions for Obsidian vault access.
Development Commands
Testing the Bootstrap Script
# Create a test project
./src/init_startup.sh test-project
# Verify the generated structure
cd test-project && tree -a -I .git
# Test in Claude Code (from test-project directory)
/company/run-ceo
Pre-commit Hooks
Hooks will run automatically on commit. The hooks enforce:
- Trailing whitespace removal
- End-of-file fixes
- YAML/JSON/TOML validation
- Markdown formatting (via Prettier)
- Link checking (lychee)
- Typo detection (codespell, typos)
- Secret detection (detect-secrets)
- Commit message conventions (gitlint)
Linting
Always run shellcheck <path/to/script.sh> and resolve all warnings.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
