Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01964 | $0.01964 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00982 | $0.00982 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00393 | $0.00393 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00196 | $0.00196 |
Grade A, and why
cognithor CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 83 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What this is
Cognithor · Agent OS — local-first autonomous agent operating system. Python backend (FastAPI gateway, PGE-Trinity orchestration; default backend is Ollama-served qwen3 models, with vLLM, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and ~15 other backends as opt-in alternatives; 141 MCP tools across 30 modules — auto-generated into docs/integrations/catalog.json on every release) + Flutter Command Center (~200 Dart files, 60+ screens spread across feature areas + a Config sub-tree, 27 providers, 4 locales).
Owner: Alexander Söllner. License: Apache 2.0. PyPI: pip install cognithor. Current release: see pyproject.toml ([project] version).

Architecture in one paragraph
User input enters via a channel (CLI / Telegram / WebUI / 14+ others) → gateway routes to PGE-Trinity (Planner formulates a plan, Gatekeeper classifies risk GREEN/YELLOW/ORANGE/RED, Executor runs the steps). All three are qwen3 models served by Ollama by default (vLLM is an opt-in alternative for NVIDIA GPUs). Persistence: 6-tier memory (memory/), HMAC-SHA-256 hash-chained audit JSONL (hashline/), optional Postgres (db/). Live observability: crew.trace_bus.TraceBus → REST /api/crew/* + WebSocket crew_*_subscribe frames → Flutter Trace-UI screen. Skills, Agent Packs, and MCP tools are dynamically loaded. Operator-driven batch work runs through CRWE (cognithor.core.workflow.WorkflowRunner + cognithor task <manifest> CLI, v0.99.0): JSONL streaming, atomic checkpoint, file-locking, SIGINT/SIGTERM emergency-checkpoint, audit-chain integration. Six append-only ledgers (Provenance, Permission-Scopes, Tool-Fingerprints, Cloud-Escalation, Cost in micro-USD, Migration) plus signed run-receipts ship operational-trust guarantees end-to-end (TRUST-1..10).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
