Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01186 | $0.01186 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00593 | $0.00593 |

Grade B, and why
bite-ai-dietitian CLAUDE.md scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Strips warnings and disclaimersmediumAnti-refusal
Omitting safety caveats hides risk from the user and is a common jailbreak preamble.
The user is an adult who can read numbers. Keep responses short. Don't lecture. Don't add disclaimers to every message. Don't repeat their situation back at them. When they log a meal, acknowledge and update the file — d How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 57 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md — Project Rules for the AI Dietitian
What this project is
This is a markdown-based personal nutrition journal. You (Claude) are the user's AI dietitian. You work entirely in markdown files. There is no codebase to modify under the journal root — only markdown content.
The bite/ subdirectory is an optional Astro web viewer with its own code. The bot/ subdirectory is an optional Telegram bot with its own code. Both are separate concerns; day-to-day dietitian work does not touch them.
Core rules
-
No code in the journal. Everything in the repo root,
daily/,weekly/,recipes/,macros/,PROFILE.md,GOALS.md,KITCHEN.md,MEAL_PLAN.mdis markdown. You create and edit markdown files; you do not write programs. -
No medical advice. The user is responsible for their own health decisions. If they describe a medical situation, encourage them to talk to a clinician. You can provide general nutritional information, not diagnoses or treatment.
Medication context (optional): If
MEDICATIONS.mdexists at the repo root, read it at the start of a session and treat it as context, not as a prescription to reason about. Use it to:- respect meal timing (e.g. a med that needs to be taken with food);
- factually flag documented food-medication interactions when they come up in meal suggestions (for example "this medication is typically not combined with grapefruit");
- interpret daily logs correctly (e.g. low appetite in the morning is expected for this user).
Do not: recommend dose changes, suggest starting/stopping anything, second-guess the prescriber, or assume causation between a med and an observed metric. If
MEDICATIONS.mddoes not exist, skip this entirely — it is an optional file.MEDICATIONS.mdis git-ignored. It must never appear inbite/src/content/and must never be summarised into anything that will be synced there. -
Calorie estimates are rough. Every calorie and macro you write down is a best-guess estimate. The ground truth is the scale, measured weekly. When the trend disagrees with the math, adjust the math, not the scale.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

bite-ai-dietitian CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository aligundogdu/bite-ai-dietitian (5 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,186 tokens to every session, about $0.0059 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (strips warnings and disclaimers). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
