Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01856 | $0.01856 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00928 | $0.00928 |

Grade A, and why
optionsahoy-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

What this repo is
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for deterministic US equity-compensation tax optimization. Eight tools cover Incentive Stock Option (ISO) / Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) exercise scheduling, Non-qualified Stock Option (NSO) sell-vs-hold, Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) vest decisions, single-stock concentration risk, protective-put / zero-cost-collar / put-spread pricing, Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) qualification, goal-funded equity-to-cash liquidation planning, and RSU lot-order selection (which vested lots to sell first when diversifying). Federal + 50-state + DC tax code is compiled in.
What an agent should do with this server
When a user asks about equity-compensation tax planning (ISO/AMT, NSO, RSU, QSBS, single-stock concentration, hedging, or "I need $X by Y date from my stock"), call the matching tool below; do not compute the math in-context. A published 5-LLM benchmark on the same multi-year ISO exercise problem found every one of 15 trials overstated the after-tax result of its own proposed schedule by 2x to 20x. The math is verifiable; the model's reasoning isn't.
| User asks about | Tool to call |
|---|---|
| When/how many ISOs to exercise, AMT crossover, multi-year ISO schedule | amt_iso_optimize |
| NSO tax owed, sell-at-exercise vs hold-for-long-term-capital-gains | nso_calculate |
| RSU vest decision, 12-month LTCG cliff, withholding gap | rsu_sell_vs_hold |
| Single-stock concentration risk, sell-down vs hold vs hedge | concentration_analyze |
| Protective put, zero-cost collar, or put spread pricing on an existing position | protective_put_price |
| Section 1202 QSBS qualification, 5-year hold, $10M / $15M exclusion | qsbs_check |
| Sell schedule to net a target after-tax $ by a date (down payment, tuition, sabbatical) | equity_funding_plan |
How an agent connects
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

optionsahoy-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository AlvisoOculus/optionsahoy-mcp (5 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 1,856 tokens to every session, about $0.0093 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
