amadeus CLAUDE.md

amadeus CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from amadeus-dlc/amadeus. It costs 3,297 tokens per session, scanned C, original, Apache-2.0.

Project instructions for the Amadeus repository covering coding conventions, prerequisites, project structure, and how agents should delegate work. They also define language rules for communication, documentation, comments, and commits.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when planning or implementing Amadeus changes. They help prepare an isolated worktree, choose the appropriate change type, check prerequisites, and follow the repository's development policy.
Why use it?
They reduce conflicts between agents and clarify when work should be delegated or handled directly. They give contributors a shared process for making changes in the repository.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.03297 $0.03297
Opus 5 $0.01648 $0.01648
Sonnet 5 $0.00659 $0.00659
Haiku 4.5 $0.00330 $0.00330

Measured 6d ago against content hash 04a04a6132fa, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade C, and why

amadeus CLAUDE.md scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 97 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

To avoid collisions with other agents, always create a dedicated worktree and branch and switch to them before starting work.

Project Instructions

  • Communicate with the user in Japanese.
  • Write documentation in English by default.
  • As an exception, write amadeus/**/*.md in Japanese.
  • Write code comments in English.
  • Write commit messages in English.
  • If you find violations of these language rules while working, fix them as part of the same change.

Fable 5 Delegation Policy

To avoid hitting the Fable 5 rate limit prematurely, reserve the main session for requirements clarification, design, planning, audits, reviews, and final integration decisions. During implementation, delegate well-scoped execution tasks to subagents whenever the expected resource savings exceed the coordination overhead:

  • Use Sonnet for routine implementation with clear boundaries.
  • Use Opus for complex or high-risk implementation that requires stronger reasoning.
  • Use Fable 5 directly for exceptionally difficult or tightly coupled work that cannot be delegated safely or efficiently. Keep small, well-scoped tasks in the main session when delegation overhead would exceed the expected resource savings.

Every delegation prompt must define the scope, owned files, acceptance criteria, and verification steps. Assign non-overlapping write scopes. The Fable 5 main session remains responsible for reviewing the complete diff, confirming final verification, and deciding whether the integrated result is acceptable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
