Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00920 | $0.00920 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00460 | $0.00460 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00184 | $0.00184 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00092 | $0.00092 |
Grade A, and why
qa-orchestra CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 93 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
QA Orchestra — Claude Code Instructions
@context/CONTEXT.md
What this project is
An open-source, multi-agent QA toolkit for Claude Code. Each QA task is handled by a specialized
agent in .claude/agents/. Project context is auto-loaded from context/CONTEXT.md above.
Stack-agnostic. Works with any web application — React, Angular, Vue, Rails, Django, Spring Boot,
or any other stack. All project-specific details live in context/CONTEXT.md.
Quick start
# 1. Clone into your workspace
git clone https://github.com/Anasss/qa-orchestra.git
# 2. Fill in your project context
cp examples/CONTEXT.example.md context/CONTEXT.md
# Edit context/CONTEXT.md with your stack details
# 3. Open Claude Code — agents auto-load from .claude/agents/
# Type @agent-name or describe what you need
How to invoke agents
# Full pipeline — checkout PR, run app, validate in browser, review diff, generate tests
"Run @orchestrator for PR #42 on my-backend and PR #38 on my-frontend"
# Direct invocation
"@environment-manager checkout feature/ISSUE-1 and start the app"
"@functional-reviewer compare this diff against these ACs: ..."
"@test-scenario-designer generate scenarios for these ACs: ..."
"@automation-writer read qa-output/test-scenarios.md and generate Playwright tests"
"@manual-validator guide me through qa-output/test-scenarios.md"
"@bug-reporter read qa-output/functional-review.md and create bug reports"
"@browser-validator validate scenarios against the running app"
"@release-analyzer analyze the diff between v1.0 and HEAD across all repos"
"@smart-test-selector which existing tests are affected by this diff?"

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

qa-orchestra CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Anasss/qa-orchestra (12 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 920 tokens to every session, about $0.0046 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
