Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade B, and why
claude-skill-lab CLAUDE.md scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Omitting safety caveats hides risk from the user and is a common jailbreak preamble.

CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
What this repo is
A template library, not a runnable project. Every file under commands/, agents/, hooks/, and settings/ is shipped to be copied into another project's .claude/ directory and adapted. There is no build, no test suite, no dev server. The "product" is the markdown/shell templates themselves.
This shapes everything else:
- Placeholders are load-bearing. Tokens like
<BASE_BRANCH>,<CONTAINER_BACKEND>,<PROJECT_NAME>,<HELPER_SCRIPT>are not bugs to fix — they're the seams consumers grep-replace. Never "fill them in" with concrete values when editing a template. If you add a new project-specific value to a template, introduce it as a new<ANGLE_BRACKET_TOKEN>and document it. - Each subdirectory has its own README with a table listing every template + its placeholders. When you add, remove, or rename a template, update that table in the same change. The top-level
README.mdalso has a one-line entry per subdirectory; keep it in sync if a directory's purpose shifts.

The docs/claude-md-template.md and docs/usage-template.md files are templates for consumers' projects, not for this repo. This file (the one you're reading) is this repo's own CLAUDE.md and is intentionally different in shape.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
