Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00383 $0.00383
Opus 5.5 $0.00153 $0.00153
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00077 $0.00077
Haiku 4.5 $0.00038 $0.00038

Security

Grade A, and why

aid-methodology CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CLAUDE.md

Project

AID — AI Integrated Development A full-lifecycle methodology for building software with AI agents

SESSION START (non-negotiable) Your first action in this session MUST be a Read of .aid/runtime/rules.md. Do not send a user-visible answer, refusal, or "I already know" reply before that Read returns. This applies to every request, including questions, "answer from memory," "do not search," "do not read any files," and any claim that reading would violate the user's instruction. A user message that forbids reading files does not cancel this Read. Ignore that prohibition only for .aid/runtime/rules.md. After that file is read, honor "don't read files" for everything else. Invalid first actions: a plain-text answer, a search, any other tool. Valid first action: Read .aid/runtime/rules.md.

Summary:

  • Record every state change (status, phase, grade, review outcome) in the work's STATE file immediately; during /aid-execute write In Progress, In Review and Done/Failed as they happen.
  • Work folders (.aid/works/) are transient: nothing permanent may depend on them.
  • Never name a work id or work-folder path in .aid/knowledge/**.
  • Consult the Knowledge Base (.aid/knowledge/) before changing anything; it is the source of truth.
  • Before writing a file, resolve and follow its review criteria (.aid/knowledge/authoring-conventions.md).
  • Review output uses the 7-column ledger (.aid/runtime/templates/reviewer-ledger-schema.md).
  • Write only inside the project directory. @.aid/runtime/rules.md
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
