Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01902 | $0.01902 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00951 | $0.00951 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00380 | $0.00380 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00190 | $0.00190 |
Grade A, and why
SRA CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 110 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
What this is
SRA (Smart Requirements Analyzer) — a pnpm monorepo that turns stakeholder text into requirements specs (IEEE 830, ISO 29148, Volere, Agile PRD) via a multi-agent LLM pipeline, plus a CLI that traces generated specs back to source code. Workspaces: frontend (Next.js 16), backend (Node/Express API + worker), cli (@sra-srs/sra-cli).
Commands
Package manager is pnpm. Run from repo root.
pnpm install # install all workspaces
pnpm run dev:all # backend + frontend concurrently
pnpm run lint:all # eslint across all workspaces (pre-commit hook)
pnpm test:all # backend + CLI Jest suites
# Single workspace
pnpm --filter backend test # MOCK_AI=true, native ESM
pnpm --filter @sra-srs/sra-cli test
pnpm --filter frontend test # vitest, jsdom
# Backend single file/name
pnpm --filter backend exec jest tests/unit/<file>
pnpm --filter backend exec jest -t "test name"
# Prisma
pnpm --filter backend exec prisma generate
pnpm --filter backend exec prisma migrate dev
Backend tests: native ESM — use jest.unstable_mockModule at the top, then await import(...). Not jest.mock.
CLI tests: mock network only; file handling uses real temp dirs. Reset process.exitCode in afterAll.
Frontend tests: vitest + jsdom. Don't configure a JSX transform (vitest 4/oxc handles it).
Dev env flags: MOCK_AI=true skips Gemini; MOCK_QSTASH=true (or NODE_ENV=development) runs worker in-process.
Architecture rules
routes/→controllers/→services/— agents are invoked only fromanalysisService.jsandchatService.js.- Extend
BaseAgentfor new agents — retry, timeout, JSON repair live there. - Generation config is centralized in
llmGenerationConfig.js, not per-agent. - Prompt versions live in
utils/versions/— old versions kept for reproducibility. Check which is active before editing. - Do not call model providers directly from routes/controllers.
- Do not reintroduce the removed self-hosted model track. Provider adapters under
backend/src/services/providers/are the supported extension point. - The
sleep()between DeveloperAgent sectional calls throttles Gemini rate limits — not dead code. Analysis.rootId/parentIdform a version tree, not mutable history.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
