CLAUDE.md

llm-wiki-kit CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from AnisurRahmann/llm-wiki-kit. It costs 462 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Instructions for maintaining a personal knowledge base in Obsidian, a note-taking application, with separate source and AI-managed folders. They define the folder structure, page format, linking style, and workflows for adding and finding knowledge.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when importing sources, creating or updating wiki pages, answering questions from the notes, maintaining indexes and logs, or cross-referencing related information.
Why use it?
They preserve the original source material and keep the knowledge base indexed, linked, consistently formatted, and free of silent contradictions.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00462 $0.00462
Opus 5 $0.00231 $0.00231
Sonnet 5 $0.00092 $0.00092
Haiku 4.5 $0.00046 $0.00046

Measured 7d ago against content hash 512d2c149a4a, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

llm-wiki-kit CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

LLM Wiki

Personal knowledge base maintained by Claude Code in Obsidian.

Structure

raw/ # IMMUTABLE — never modify. Human drops sources here.
  ai-tools/ repos/ articles/ projects/ assets/

wiki/ # CLAUDE-OWNED — Claude writes and maintains everything.
  index.md log.md
  tools/ repos/ concepts/ people/ projects/ comparisons/ insights/

scripts/ # CLI helpers: search.sh, wiki-stats.sh, quick-add.sh

Rules

  1. Never modify raw/ — immutable source of truth
  2. Always update wiki/index.md and wiki/log.md after every operation
  3. Use [[wikilinks]] for all cross-references — no page is an island
  4. YAML frontmatter required on every wiki page
  5. Flag contradictions with > [!warning] — never silently overwrite
  6. Prefer updating existing pages over creating duplicates
  7. Kebab-case filenames: cursor-ai.md
  8. Date time-sensitive claims: "as of YYYY-MM"
  9. Cross-reference aggressively after every ingest

Workflows

Ingest: ingest raw/ai-tools/x.md → read source → read ONE relevant template → create/update wiki page → cross-reference → update index + log → report

Query: question → read index → find/read relevant pages → synthesize with citations → offer to file as insight

Lint: wiki lint → run checklist → auto-fix safe issues → report contradictions/stale to user → update log

Batch: ingest all new → find unprocessed raw files → ingest each sequentially

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
