opencode-agy-auth: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

opencode-agy-auth AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from anthonyhaussman/opencode-agy-auth. It costs 4,665 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Repository instructions for a plugin that lets OpenCode use Google Gemini Antigravity through OAuth sign-in, while supporting two OpenCode runtime versions. OAuth is a standard way for an app to obtain permission without handling a user's password.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when developing, updating, or releasing this OpenCode authentication plugin and its command-line quota features.
Why use it?
It explains the plugin's two runtime paths, authentication flow, model mapping, and quota tools so changes match the existing design.

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Security

Grade A, and why

opencode-agy-auth AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

OpenCode plugin that adds the Google Gemini Antigravity CLI (agy) OAuth provider with dual compatibility for both OpenCode v1 and OpenCode v2 runtimes. This plugin intercepts @ai-sdk/google requests and rewrites them to the Antigravity Code Assist endpoint with OAuth bearer auth, project context resolution, and server-supplied model enum mapping. The plugin ships its own agy_quota and agy_quota_summary tools as well as CLI quota commands.

Dual v1 and v2 Architecture

The package exports a single composite default export from index.ts that provides simultaneous support for OpenCode v1 and OpenCode v2 runtimes without requiring separate packages.

Runtime execution paths

  • OpenCode v1 (>= 1.18.29): The v1 runtime loads the default export and invokes the server(options) hook. This returns the v1 plugin object (config, tool, auth) defined in src/plugin.ts. Older v1 versions prior to 1.18.29 only supported function exports; 1.18.29 and newer support object exports with server().
  • OpenCode v2: The v2 runtime inspects the default export for id and executes setup(ctx). This adapter is orchestrated in src/plugin/v2.ts (using contracts defined in src/plugin/types.ts) and decomposed into modular units under src/plugin/:
    • src/plugin/oauth-authorize.ts: registers the google-agy OAuth integration method with PKCE flow.
    • src/plugin/v2-fetch.ts: createV2FetchInterceptor intercepts AI SDK client initialization (ctx.aisdk.hook("sdk", ...)) to inject dummy apiKey and handle Code Assist transformations.
    • src/plugin/v2-session.ts: session hooks http.request, http.response, and retry handle request rewriting, streaming transformation, and backoff.
    • src/plugin/v2-storage.ts: dual auth storage helpers reading and writing credentials to ~/.local/share/opencode/auth.json alongside v2 auth store.
    • src/plugin/headers.ts: shared safe HTTP header and URL parsing utilities across v1 and v2.
    • src/plugin/tier.ts: shared model definitions (STATIC_MODELS_SIMPLE, TIER_MAPPING) and tier resolution (resolveModelTier).
    • src/plugin/quota.ts & src/plugin/quota-summary.ts: tool definitions and v2 command mappings (agy-quota, agy-quota-summary).
  • Shared engine layer: Both v1 and v2 adapters delegate all underlying business logic to src/sdk/:
    • Request preparation and endpoint transformations (src/sdk/request/)
    • Quota fetching and telemetry (src/sdk/fetch_quota.ts, src/plugin/quota.ts, src/plugin/quota-summary.ts)
    • Backoff retry algorithms and error parsing (src/sdk/retry/)
    • Models catalog resolution via models.json (src/sdk/fetch_models.ts, src/sdk/request/prepare.ts)
    • OAuth credentials and project context (src/plugin/project/context.ts)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
