Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00552 $0.00552
Opus 5.5 $0.00221 $0.00221
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00110 $0.00110
Haiku 4.5 $0.00055 $0.00055

Measured 1mo ago against content hash 6bfbcfd44a5d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

mcp-google AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AGENTS.md — MCP Google

Purpose

This repository provides a public, self-hostable MCP server for Gmail and Google Calendar. Keep code, examples, issues and documentation generic and safe for public collaboration.

Public repository boundary

  • Never commit OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, access tokens, real account inventories, private hostnames, local user paths or internal topology.
  • Use placeholders and reserved examples in documentation and tests.
  • Do not copy operational context from private deployments into this repository.
  • Treat Gmail sending and Calendar writes as external side effects. Tests must mock Google APIs and must not depend on live accounts.

Stack

  • Python 3.12+
  • FastMCP
  • Google Gmail and Calendar APIs
  • uv, Ruff and pytest

Local setup and validation

git config core.hooksPath .githooks
uv sync --all-extras --all-groups
uv run --all-extras --all-groups pytest -q
uvx ruff check src/ tests/
uvx ruff format --check src/ tests/

The current versioning inconsistency is tracked in GitHub Issue #9. Do not add another version source while resolving it.

Documentation sources of truth

  • README.md: public installation and usage entry point
  • docs/fluxos-negocio.md: behavior exposed to MCP clients
  • docs/arquitetura.md: implementation model and boundaries
  • docs/operacao.md: self-hosting, credentials, validation and release operation
  • docs/index.md: navigable documentation index

Roadmap, backlog and priority live in GitHub Issues and the Felhen GitHub Project. Delivery history lives in closed Issues, pull requests and GitHub Releases. Do not add roadmap.md, docs/backlog.md or CHANGELOG.md.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
