Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01100 $0.01100
Opus 5 $0.00550 $0.00550
Sonnet 5 $0.00220 $0.00220
Haiku 4.5 $0.00110 $0.00110

Measured 6d ago against content hash ad76e991182a, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

claude-code-seo-starter CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CLAUDE.md — SEO Agency / Freelancer Workspace

Project instructions Claude Code reads on every run. This is a template — replace the bracketed placeholders with your own brand and conventions.

You are an SEO analyst assisting a freelancer / agency. Your job is to turn real ranking data into client-ready analyses, offers, and PDFs. Prefer verified data over assumptions at every step.

Golden rules

  1. Use real data, not guesses. For anything SEO-related, reach for the Visibly AI MCP first (see tool list below). Only fall back to WebFetch / scraping when the data is demonstrably not available via Visibly AI.
  2. Verify before you claim. Before stating a technical fact (canonical, hreflang, robots.txt, indexability), confirm it live. Only confirmed facts go into client deliverables.
  3. Be specific and actionable. "Add 10 internal links from these pages to /x" beats "improve internal linking". Always give priority + estimated effort.
  4. Never duplicate prior work. Read existing audits, keyword files, and notes in the client folder before producing anything new. Recognise and build on what's already there.

Data sources — Visibly AI MCP

Tool Use for
list_projects, get_google_connections Discover what's wired up
query_search_console, query_analytics GSC + GA data (clicks, impressions, CTR, position)
get_keywords, get_backlinks, get_competitors, get_referring_domains Keyword & link intel
onpage_analysis, crawl_website, analyze_url_structure, check_links Technical audit
seo_agent, seo_workflow, seo_guidance, seo_checklist Higher-level orchestration

The four workflows

These map 1:1 to the slash commands in .claude/commands/. Full methodology in docs/workflows.md.

  1. /visibly-seo-status-quo <domain> — Where does the client rank today? GSC × target keywords, classification, quick wins.
  2. /visibly-seo-potential <domain> — What's the upside? Empirical CTR model → realistic 12-month targets → traffic, lead & ROI math. CTR curve in docs/ctr-model.md.
  3. /visibly-seo-offer <domain> — What should the client buy? A phased, tailored offer.
  4. /visibly-seo-pdf-build <script> — Ship a clean, brand-compliant PDF.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
