Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04057 | $0.04057 |
| Opus 5 | $0.02028 | $0.02028 |

Grade C, and why
Agena CLAUDE.md scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Recursive force deletehighDestructive command
rm -rf with a variable or a broad path is one typo away from removing the wrong tree.
If stale webpack errors occur: `docker exec ai_agent_frontend_blue rm -rf /app/.next` then restart. Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

Monorepo Package Structure
Backend is split into 6 pip-installable packages + 1 npm package under packages/:
packages/
core/ → agena-core (settings, database, auth, rbac, security)
models/ → agena-models (27 SQLAlchemy ORM models + 9 Pydantic schemas)
services/ → agena-services (31 business logic services + integrations)
agents/ → agena-agents (CrewAI/LangGraph pipeline + vector memory)
api/ → agena-api (FastAPI routes, middleware, dependencies)
worker/ → agena-worker (Redis background task consumer)
sdk/ → @agena/sdk (TypeScript API client for npm)
Import paths use package prefixes:
from agena_core.settings import get_settingsfrom agena_core.database import get_db_sessionfrom agena_core.security.jwt import create_tokenfrom agena_models.models.task_record import TaskRecordfrom agena_models.schemas.agent import AgentRunRequestfrom agena_services.services.orchestration_service import OrchestrationServicefrom agena_services.integrations.azure_client import AzureClientfrom agena_agents.agents.crewai_agents import CrewAIAgentRunnerfrom agena_agents.memory.qdrant import QdrantMemoryStorefrom agena_api.api.dependencies import get_current_tenantfrom agena_worker.workers.redis_worker import process_queue
NEVER use old flat imports like from core.settings or from models.user.
Development Environment
Use start.sh to launch the full stack. It starts Docker services and the CLI bridge on the host:
./start.sh # Start everything (Docker + host bridge)
./stop.sh # Stop everything
docker-compose restart <service> # Restart after code changes
docker-compose up -d --build <service> # Rebuild a specific service
Services: backend (FastAPI, :8010), worker (Redis consumer), frontend_blue (:3011), frontend_green (:3012), mysql (:3307), redis (:6380), qdrant (:6333)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Agena CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository aozyildirim/Agena (99 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 4,057 tokens to every session, about $0.0203 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it C with 2 findings (recursive force delete, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
