Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00830 | $0.00830 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00415 | $0.00415 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00166 | $0.00166 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00083 | $0.00083 |
Grade A, and why
WEIPING_COUNCIL CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 75 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md - WEIPING_COUNCIL
Session Start (mandatory)
On every session start:
- Use active
agentmemoryrecall for the current task when past context matters. - Read the smallest relevant project files for current truth, starting with
AGENTS.md,README.md, and.codex/skills/weiping-council/SKILL.md. - Check
git status --short --branchbefore editing.
Do not read, write, or depend on retired local mailbox/state files or the old repo-local markdown memory tree for active coordination. Durable cross-agent state belongs in agentmemory; public-safe stable knowledge belongs in the maintained wiki.
Agent Identity
- Name: vc (Weiping Council)
- Role: Multi-LLM deliberation with protocols for council, debate, red-team, consensus, specialist, and tournament workflows.
- Active memory:
agentmemoryatAGENTMEMORY_URL(defaulthttp://localhost:3111)
Multi-Agent Rules
- Follow this repository's
AGENTS.mdand project skill as the standalone source of truth. Do not require an operator-specific wiki checkout to work on this project. - Save durable findings through agentmemory after significant work.
- Do not store secrets, API keys, private account state, or raw private documents in memory.
- For non-trivial tasks, use
.codex/skills/weiping-council/SKILL.md. An externalAGENT_RESOURCE_ROOTmay be consulted only when the user explicitly configures it; it is never a startup or runtime dependency.
Quick Start
git clone https://github.com/appleweiping/WEIPING_COUNCIL.git
cd WEIPING_COUNCIL
pip install -e .[dev]
copy .env.example .env
# Add provider API keys to .env. The app must not contain hard-coded credentials.
start.cmd
Manual startup:
uvicorn backend.main:app --reload --port 8000
cd frontend && npm run dev
python vc.py
Runtime Contract
Weiping Council v2.4.1 is an honest-runtime app:
- Provider credentials are environment-only.
- Missing provider credentials are reported as degraded runtime state.
/api/healthreports provider readiness, agentmemory readiness, warnings, and version.- Query results include metrics, provider health, model call traces, warnings, and a degraded flag.
- Named protocols execute exactly as selected. Cost-aware routing and decomposition run only when
autois selected, and the decision is stored inrouting. - Session artifacts use atomic replacement and corrupt artifacts are skipped by indexes rather than breaking the API.
- The CLI
/statusmirrors backend readiness instead of assuming the system is healthy. - Saved handoff artifacts live at
data/sessions/<uuid>.jsonand include redacted runtime evidence. Do not stage private saved sessions during general maintenance.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
