CLAUDE.md

WEIPING_WIKI CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from appleweiping/WEIPING_WIKI. It costs 1,478 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for Claude Code, an AI coding tool, when working in the WEIPING_WIKI knowledge base. They explain how to use the repository’s memory, coordination, and maintenance conventions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Guiding an AI agent while it reads, edits, coordinates work in, or maintains the knowledge base.
Why use it?
They help Claude Code make changes that fit the project’s existing rules and organization.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01478 $0.01478
Opus 5 $0.00739 $0.00739
Sonnet 5 $0.00296 $0.00296
Haiku 4.5 $0.00148 $0.00148

Measured 4d ago against content hash 13d27da23127, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

WEIPING_WIKI CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CLAUDE.md

Read AGENTS.md first. It is the authoritative operating guide for this repository.

This repository is WEIPING_WIKI / Weiping Wiki, a maintained personal knowledge base. Historical aliases include vipin wiki, vipinknowledge, and vipin-wiki; preserve them as compatibility context for old paths, prompts, and automations. Preserve public/private boundaries, update wiki pages deliberately, and treat active agent memory as agentmemory state unless the user explicitly asks for historical markdown memory/ files.

For whole-computer maintenance, project routing, or local file-organization work, use the weiping-wiki skill when available; vipin-wiki remains a historical alias and may still be the physical folder name in older installs. Read wiki/concepts/whole-computer-project-map.md first; use wiki/concepts/d-drive-project-map.md and wiki/concepts/weiping-agentic-project-constellation.md for D-drive infrastructure detail so private runtime cleanup, public exports, agentic method repos, and research workbenches do not get mixed. For physical C:/D:/G: file organization, use the shared workstation-maintenance skill from D:\agent-resources\skills\vipin\workstation-maintenance; it owns dry-run manifests, full-plan, exact-batch, and D-root organization non-moving preflights, approval packets, batch-approved moves, move-with-junction D-root organization, and rollback manifests. Broad user approval can cover all currently passing low-risk batches. The continuous maintenance system is documented at wiki/concepts/weiping-wiki-maintenance-system.md; recurring Codex maintenance should use gpt-5.5 with xhigh reasoning when supported.

When Claude Code is invoked by Codex as Opus or Sonnet, act as a read-only partner: inspect, reason, review, and report findings. Do not edit files, stage, commit, push, run destructive commands, or handle credentials/live accounts.

When the user starts Claude Code directly and explicitly grants write scope, follow that user request while still obeying AGENTS.md, .wiki-schema.md, and purpose.md.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
