Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01052 | $0.01052 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00526 | $0.00526 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00210 | $0.00210 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00105 | $0.00105 |
Grade A, and why
bd-income-tax-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 86 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md
Guidance for AI agents (and humans) working on this repository. For the skill's own
runtime behavior — how answers are computed and presented to end users — see

What this is
A Claude Code plugin marketplace shipping one Agent Skill, bd-income-tax, which computes
and explains Bangladesh individual (personal) income tax under the Income Tax Act 2023 and
the current Finance Act. Scope is individuals only — not corporate tax or VAT.
Layout
.claude-plugin/
marketplace.json # marketplace manifest (source "./" — the repo is the plugin)
plugin.json # plugin manifest (holds the version)
skills/bd-income-tax/ # the skill — discoverable by Claude Code AND skills.sh
SKILL.md # skill instructions / runtime behavior
scripts/tax_calc.py # deterministic calculator — the single source of math
references/ # per-year data, 9-step procedure, filing rules, sources
evals/evals.json # end-to-end eval cases
CHANGELOG.md CONTRIBUTING.md README.md AGENTS.md CLAUDE.md
.github/workflows/selftest.yml # CI: runs --selftest + validates manifests
.github/workflows/release.yml # on release publish: attaches bd-income-tax.zip
The skill lives under skills/ (not the repo root or a bd-income-tax/ subfolder) because
that's a path the skills.sh CLI scans, and Claude Code discovers a plugin's skills in its
skills/ directory — so one layout serves both.
Core rules (non-negotiable)
- All tax math goes through
scripts/tax_calc.py. Never hand-calculate; never put arithmetic inSKILL.mdor the references. - Year parameters live in the
PARAMStable intax_calc.py— a yearly update touches one place. No network calls anywhere. - Cite every rate/threshold to
references/sources.md. Figures not confirmed against the gazetted Act are marked ⚠️ unverified and kept out of the calculator. - Answers default to plain language (see
SKILL.md§4): bottom line + monthly equivalent, a clear income year → assessment year + law line, a compact table, a what-if savings ladder, and a plain disclaimer. Match the user's language (English↔Bangla). The full numbered procedure with citations is for professionals or on request. - Use neutral example figures in docs and tests — never real personal data.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

bd-income-tax-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository arifulislamat/bd-income-tax-skills (3 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,052 tokens to every session, about $0.0053 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
