sdlc-skills: Instructions file for Claude Code

AGENTS.md

sdlc-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode from arozumenko/sdlc-skills. It costs 1,247 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of role-based instructions and workflow skills for software-delivery coding agents. It supports several coding-agent tools and groups agents for feature development, test automation, manual quality checks, and product discovery.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to set up agent teams for feature work, automated testing, browser-based manual testing, specialist web audits, or product research.
Why use it?
It gives an agent defined responsibilities and repeatable processes instead of leaving every software task to a general-purpose assistant. This can help teams organize work from planning and development through testing and discovery.

Written for Claude Code and Codex and OpenCode: Claude Code plugin machinery, but also the file is AGENTS.md. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions Claude Code; mentions AGENTS.md.

This is arozumenko/sdlc-skills's own configuration. It tells Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode how to work on sdlc-skills itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything sdlc-skills configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01247 $0.01247
Opus 5 $0.00624 $0.00624
Sonnet 5 $0.00249 $0.00249
Haiku 4.5 $0.00125 $0.00125

Measured 8d ago against content hash 92018c8c4d60, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

sdlc-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md — SDLC Skills

This repo ships role-based agent personas and workflow skills for software delivery. It is consumed by multiple coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, Windsurf, and more) through a mix of native plugin formats and a shared npx installer.

What's here

Content lives in factories (factories/<id>/) — team presets that physically own their agents/ and skills/ as real directories. Four factories ship:

  • feature-development — cross-platform delivery team: BA, Tech Lead, PM, Python / JS / iOS / Android devs, QA, Scout, test-automation-engineer.
  • test-automation — TMS-driven automation pipeline: test-automation-lead, qa-engineer, test-automation-engineer, Scout.
  • manual-qa — live-browser manual-QA team: test-run-lead, test-author, test-sizer, test-runner, test-reporter, app-profiler, qa-auditor (specialist web audits — security, accessibility, privacy, performance, responsive, UX, SEO — with findings codified into regression TC cases).
  • product-management — Product Owner discovery pipeline: product-owner (Priya), discovery-researcher (Sam); 10 discovery skills seeding docs/discovery/.

The top-level agents/ and skills/ hold only standalone-only "orphan" content: one agent (personal-assistant) and eight skills (deep-research, gathering-context, verifying-outcomes, microsoft-365, obsidian-vault, tosca-automation, vividus, xray-testing).

  • <owner>/agents/<name>/AGENT.md + SOUL.md — role personas. Each agent's frontmatter declares the skills it depends on.
  • <owner>/skills/<name>/SKILL.mdagentskills.io spec-compliant workflow skills (e.g. plan-feature, implement-feature, bugfix-workflow, code-review, completing-a-task, git-workflow, memory, playwright-testing, browser-verify, issue-tracking, test-case-analysis, test-automation-workflow, seeding-a-project).
  • skills.json — registry of the orphan monorepo skills plus the external (repo:) skills the installer fetches from upstream (from mattpocock/skills, obra/superpowers, twostraws/*-Agent-Skill, microsoft/playwright-cli, appium/skills, and more).

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
