Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01933 | $0.01933 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00966 | $0.00966 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00387 | $0.00387 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00193 | $0.00193 |
Grade A, and why
sdlc-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 133 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
What this repo is
A content + distribution layer, not an application. It ships role-based
agent personas and workflow skills, catalogs them in skills.json, and installs
them into any AI IDE via bin/init.mjs (the npx installer) or per-host native
plugin manifests. There is no build step — the installer discovers content at
runtime.
Content lives in factories. Each factory (factories/<id>/) physically owns its
agents/ and skills/ directories — real copies, not mirrors. The same agent
or skill id may appear in several factories with different content (intentional
divergence is normal). Top-level agents/ and skills/ hold only the
standalone-only "orphan" content not belonging to any factory: one agent
(personal-assistant) and eight skills (deep-research, gathering-context,
verifying-outcomes, microsoft-365, obsidian-vault, tosca-automation,
vividus, xray-testing). skills.json registers those orphan monorepo skills
plus the 28 external (repo:) skills fetched from upstream at install time.
Read README.md for the full catalog and install paths, AGENTS.md for the
consumer-facing summary, and factories/SPEC.md before touching factories.
Commands
npm test # node --test (runs *.test.mjs anywhere in tree)
npm run validate # validate:factories + validate:marketplaces — run before committing
npm run validate:factories # bin/validate-factories.mjs — factory.json manifests
npm run validate:marketplaces # gen-marketplaces.mjs --check — fails if generated manifests are stale
npm run gen:marketplaces # regenerate .cursor-plugin / .codex-plugin / .github/plugin marketplaces
# Run a single test file
node --test bin/lib/item-resolver.test.mjs
# Exercise the installer against a throwaway dir
node bin/init.mjs init --factory feature-development --target claude --yes
# --bundle is a silent back-compat alias for --factory (pre-rename flag name)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
