Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
mcp-tw-lvr CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Project Overview
mcp-tw-lvr is a FastMCP server that exposes Taiwan's 實價登錄 (real estate transaction registry) as an MCP tool. It uses Playwright to automate the government's web portal (lvr.land.moi.gov.tw) and intercepts the QueryPrice API responses.
Commands
# Install dependencies
uv sync
# Install Playwright browser
uv run playwright install chromium
# Run the MCP server (used by MCP clients)
uv run mcp-tw-lvr
# Run the scraper standalone (writes results.json)
uv run python src/lvr/scrape.py
# Run all tests (pytest)
uv run pytest
# Run only the live e2e tests (slow ~45s each, hits real portal)
uv run pytest -m e2e -v
# Skip e2e for fast unit-only run
uv run pytest -m "not e2e"

query_real_price()is the main async function. It:- Resolves city/town names to codes via the government's
/SERVICE/CITYJSON API (wrapped inasyncio.to_threadso the syncurllibcalls don't block the event loop) - Launches headless Chromium with a
navigator.webdriveroverride to bypass bot detection - Navigates to the portal, fills the search form by passing values to
frame.evaluate(script, args)(no f-string interpolation into JS source) - Submits and uses
page.expect_responseto wait for the actualSERVICE/QueryPriceresponse (30s timeout) instead of a fixed sleep — late/missing responses raise instead of being silently swallowed - Returns the raw list of result dicts (single-letter keys like
"a"= address,"tp"= total price,"p"= unit price). Also exports theQueryType = Literal[...]alias.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mcp-tw-lvr CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository asgard-ai-platform/mcp-tw-lvr (1 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 917 tokens to every session, about $0.0046 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
