Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00944 | $0.00944 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00472 | $0.00472 |

Grade A, and why
kotlin-app-template AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 58 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Repository agent guide
This file is the canonical entry point for coding agents working in this repository.
Start here
- Read
.agents/README.mdfor the task-specific context map. - Load only the relevant reference or skill; don't pull every agent document into context at once.
- See
CLAUDE.mdfor how the repo operates — build, commands, tooling pipeline, generated README, centralized versions, CI, git hooks, PR mechanics. This file and.agents/own how to write the code. The two don't duplicate each other. - This is a GitHub template repo, not a product: the code under
src/main/kotlin/dev/shtanko/template/(Calculator,DataProcessor,DivideByZeroException) is placeholder/example code that demonstrates the toolchain, not a feature to preserve as-is.
Repository rules
- Use the Gradle wrapper (
./gradlew); target JDK 17+ (CI builds on 17 and 21). - Kotlin language level is pinned to
KOTLIN_2_2inbuild.gradle.ktseven though the Kotlin plugin/compiler is 2.4.0 — don't use language features newer than 2.2. - Keep dependency and plugin versions in
gradle/libs.versions.toml; don't hardcode versions elsewhere. - Formatting, import order, and license headers are enforced by tooling (
spotless,detekt,ktlint,diktat). Run./gradlew spotlessApply/make checkrather than hand-formatting — see.agents/reference/commands.md. - Don't edit generated output (
build/,README.md's body,config/detekt/detekt-baseline.xml) unless the task explicitly requires it.README.mdis generated fromconfig/main.md— edit that instead and runmake md. - Preserve unrelated work in a dirty worktree. Inspect the diff before editing and never clean up changes you did not make.
Working method
- Inspect the target file, its neighboring examples, and the current diff before editing.
- Make the smallest coherent change that follows the existing package and file conventions —
mirror the canonical example files listed in
.agents/reference/coding-conventions.md. - Add or update tests with behavior changes, following
.agents/reference/testing.md. - Run the narrowest useful check first, then broaden in proportion to the change — see
.agents/reference/commands.md. Runmake check && make testbefore finishing. - Report changed files, checks run, and anything not verified. Never claim a check passed if it was not run.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
