In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when working on the Reels Factory codebase, including its agents, Python skills, hooks, Node.js studio, and Reel project folders.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01749 $0.01749
Opus 5.5 $0.00700 $0.00700
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00350 $0.00350
Haiku 4.5 $0.00175 $0.00175

Measured 2mo ago against content hash a902ec93e045, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

reels-factory CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Reels Factory — Claude Code Instructions

Project Overview

Multi-agent system for creating Instagram Reels. User talks to Claude Code → Claude manages agents → generates content → web studio for recording.

Structure

  • Agents: .claude/agents/*.md — independent instruction files, NOT folders
  • Skills: .claude/skills/*/ — Python scripts for API calls, each with SKILL.md (YAML frontmatter required)
  • Hooks: .claude/hooks/bash/ — protection scripts (e.g., block .env commits)
  • Studio: studio/ — Node.js server + web frontend
  • Projects: projects/ — one folder per Reel (gitignored)

Critical Rules

  1. Nanobanana = Google Gemini API — NEVER use api.nanobanana.com (it doesn't exist). Use google-genai SDK with model gemini-3-pro-image-preview.
  2. API Keys:
    • GEMINI_API_KEY — for photo (Gemini) AND video (Veo 3)
    • PIAPI_KEY — for video (Seedance 2 via PiAPI)
    • ANTHROPIC_API_KEY — for text, search, translation
  3. Never commit .env — contains API keys
  4. Never modify .claude/settings.json or .claude/settings.local.json
  5. Agents are .md files, not folders. Python scripts go in .claude/skills/.

Pipeline

Pre-production (до записи):

  1. Config Agent (optional) → config/profile.md
  2. Trend Agent → projects/[name]/01_trend.md
  3. Script Agent → projects/[name]/02_script.json
  4. Visual Agent → projects/[name]/assets/backgrounds/ и assets/slides/

Recording: 5. Web Studio → projects/[name]/output/recording_001.mp4, recording_002.mp4, …

Copywriter Agent → caption.txt, short_caption.txt, first_comment.txt, hashtags.txt, cover_text.json — читает 02_script.json напрямую 8.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
