Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02794 | $0.02794 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01397 | $0.01397 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00559 | $0.00559 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00279 | $0.00279 |
Grade A, and why
swarmery CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 127 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
What this repo is
swarmery is a Claude Code plugin marketplace (.claude-plugin/marketplace.json), not an application. It ships one vendor-neutral core plugin plus opt-in domain packs (uav-pack, iot-pack, web-pack, infra-pack, lsp-pack, claude-eng-pack, graphify-pack, architecture-pack, design-pack). Consumer projects enable plugins via their own .claude/settings.json and supply per-project flavor at runtime through .claude/project.json — nothing project-specific is ever baked into this repo.
There is no build step for the marketplace itself. "Source code" here is agent/skill/command markdown, bash hooks and CLI scripts, and JSON manifests.
Exception — tools/swarmery/: a Go + React control plane for monitoring Claude Code agent sessions — a single Go daemon with an embedded React SPA (go:embed) that indexes session transcripts from ~/.claude/projects/ into local SQLite and serves a dashboard on :7777. Own module (github.com/atretyak1985/swarmery/tools/swarmery), own build (make build), dedicated CI (.github/workflows/swarmery-ci.yml). It is NOT a plugin and is excluded from marketplace rules (neutrality scan covers plugins/** only). The committed tools/swarmery/docs/plan/ tree is the historical record of already-shipped phases only — NEW plans, specs, and design docs go to the private workspace (see "Work artifacts" below), never into this repo.
Exception — tools/notch/: a native SwiftPM macOS 14+ companion for the tools/swarmery daemon above — a small tab docked to the right screen edge (Grammarly-style; SWARMERY_NOTCH_PLACEMENT=notch restores the original notch/top-edge placement) that expands into a side panel on its own when an operator is needed (a pending approval, a failed session). Zero external dependencies (Package.swift dependencies: []): reads GET /api/sessions|/api/approvals|/api/usage and the GET /api/ws event stream from the daemon and installs no Claude Code hooks of its own. Own module (swift build/swift test, no Xcode project), own CI (.github/workflows/notch-ci.yml, macos-latest, path-filtered to tools/notch/**), own release workflow (.github/workflows/notch-release.yml on notch-v* tags). It is NOT a plugin and is excluded from marketplace rules the same way tools/swarmery is (neutrality scan covers plugins/** only). Packaging/install ergonomics live in tools/notch/Makefile (bundle/install/uninstall/restart, mirroring tools/swarmery/Makefile's copy-then-rename + launchctl kickstart -k pattern); see tools/notch/README.md for the Gatekeeper note (it ships unsigned).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

swarmery CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository atretyak1985/swarmery (5 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 2,794 tokens to every session, about $0.0140 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
