These rules do NOT apply to project-level docs (specs/prd.md, specs/sad.md, specs/dod.md, specs/project-plan.md) - see sddp-bootstrap.instructions.md. Standalone ADRs under specs/adrs/ also receive sddp-adrs.instructions.md.
