Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01102 $0.01102
Opus 5 $0.00551 $0.00551
Sonnet 5 $0.00220 $0.00220
Haiku 4.5 $0.00110 $0.00110

Measured 8d ago against content hash 7a5f77629973, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

shaon CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Do not duplicate hard-coded command or tool counts in docs unless the count itself matters. The authoritative user-facing surfaces are:

  • CLI subcommands: crates/shaon-cli/src/lib.rs
  • MCP tools: crates/shaon-mcp/src/lib.rs
  • Claude Code plugin metadata: .claude-plugin/plugin.json
  • Claude Code skill text: skills/shaon/SKILL.md

What This Repo Is

Rust workspace for automating Hilan / Hilanet through:

  1. a human-facing CLI
  2. a stdio MCP server
  3. a Claude Code plugin / skill

The protocol has two layers:

  1. ASP.NET WebForms (.aspx) for calendar pages, error-fix flows, and classic reports
  2. ASMX JSON endpoints (/Services/Public/WS/*.asmx/*) for bootstrap, absences, tasks, and salary data

Build and Checks

cargo build -p shaon --release
cargo test --workspace --all-targets
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings
cargo fmt --all -- --check
scripts/run.sh <subcommand> [args]

Rust requirement: 1.80+.

Release

Release Contract

  • Release from main only through ./scripts/release.sh X.Y.Z and the resulting release PR; do not create manual tags or GitHub releases.
  • Keep one version across CHANGELOG.md, workspace metadata, skill frontmatter, and plugin manifests.
  • The release PR merge is the trigger. CI validates the merged chore(release): vX.Y.Z commit, creates the matching tag, publishes the GitHub release from the committed changelog entry, and then opens gh-driven PRs to update Homebrew and Scoop.
  • GitHub Actions workflow permissions for this repo must stay on Read and write, and RELEASE_GITHUB_TOKEN should be configured; the release workflow publishes the GitHub release with gh.
  • skills-marketplace is a registry pointer to this repo's default branch. Once shaon is listed there, marketplace installs track main; no separate marketplace release job is required for day-to-day skill changes.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
