CLAUDE.md

dchub-mcp-server CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from azmartone67/dchub-mcp-server. It costs 308 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for a service with two Railway deployments, paid-feature checks, privacy rules, and a pull-request-based workflow.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps make and verify changes, run Vitest tests, configure both Railway services, check deployments, and review evidence that a fix is live.
Why use it?
It prevents deployment mistakes, incorrect access checks, accidental disclosure, and changes being pushed directly to the main branch.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00308 $0.00308
Opus 5.5 $0.00123 $0.00123
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00062 $0.00062
Haiku 4.5 $0.00031 $0.00031

Measured 10d ago against content hash f82a6dd99ed0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

dchub-mcp-server CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

dchub-mcp-server

The DC Hub MCP server. main deploys; land changes by pull request, never push to main. Gate: npx vitest run.

Two Railway services

The same main deploys to TWO services, resourceful-essence and zonal-liberation. An env flag must be set on both, and resourceful-essence may not redeploy on a variable set: after set-variables, confirm each service actually started a deploy and redeploy by hand if it did not.

Tier and field gating

  • A free-tier gate on a tool that is not paywalled must read the pack credit balance (_getCredits), or it downgrades someone who paid for a pack.
  • The internal key is provenance, not entitlement.
  • Keep sibling detail out of public PR text: the repo is public, so fix text doubles as disclosure.
  • QA probes use the read-only markers User-Agent: dchub-qa-readonly or X-DCHub-QA: 1, not an invented UA.

Agent workflow

Procedure and checks live in user-level Claude config: /ship-dchub-change, /verify-no-regression, /verify-a-guard, /handoff-and-goal (goal + untracked progress note in ~/dchub-progress/), and the read-only evidence-reviewer subagent for checking "fixed / live / verified" claims.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
