qr-for-agent-api: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

qr-for-agent-api CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from benswel/qr-for-agent-api. It costs 3,110 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A project instruction file for QR for Agent, a service that lets AI agents create and manage QR codes through an API. A QR code is the scannable image that opens a web address.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when working on the QR for Agent API, its agent-tool package, or the related project documentation and status memory.
Why use it?
It gives the coding agent the project's status, architecture, deployment details, and maintenance expectations before work begins.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.03110 $0.03110
Opus 5 $0.01555 $0.01555
Sonnet 5 $0.00622 $0.00622
Haiku 4.5 $0.00311 $0.00311

Security

Grade A, and why

qr-for-agent-api CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

QR for Agent — Context for Claude

On arrival

Before starting any work, read the project status memory file to get up to speed on what's been done and what's pending: ~/.claude/projects/-Users-benjaminturc-Library-CloudStorage-GoogleDrive-benjamin-swel-fr-Mon-Drive-Claude-Code/memory/qr-for-agent-status.md

After pushing new features, update that same memory file: move completed items, add new TODOs, bump versions if applicable.

What is this project?

QR for Agent is a QR-as-a-Service API built for AI agents. It lets agents create, update, and track dynamic QR codes programmatically. The QR image never changes — but its destination URL can be retargeted at any time.

Live API: deployed on Railway (Docker-based) MCP package: qr-for-agent on npm (packages/mcp/) Marketing site: separate repo benswel/qr-for-agent-site, deployed on Cloudflare Pages at qrforagent.com

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
