Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00584 | $0.00584 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00234 | $0.00234 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00117 | $0.00117 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00058 | $0.00058 |
Grade A, and why
EOE_MCP CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 38 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
EVE ESI Tool - Agent Guidelines
Project Overview
This is a Python package that interfaces with the EVE Online ESI API via OAuth2 SSO. It exposes an MCP server (mcp_server.py) so an AI agent can query character data, assets, market prices, skills, fittings, and more. There is also a CLI (cli.py) for manual use.
Key Files
mcp_server.py- MCP server entry point; defines all tools exposed to the agentcli.py- Command-line interface for login and manual testingconfig.yaml- App credentials and ESI scopes (not committed; useconfig.example.yamlas template)tokens.json- Stored OAuth tokens (not committed)eve_esi/- Core libraryauth.py- OAuth2 SSO flow and token storageclient.py- ESI HTTP client with auto token refreshconfig.py- Config loadingendpoints/- ESI endpoint modules:assets,characters,fitting_analysis,fittings,hauling,market,navigation,skills,universe,wallet
Scripts Folder
- All temporary or ad-hoc scripts must be saved to
scripts/(e.g.scripts/check_cargo.py) - Always clean up scripts from
scripts/after use unless the user asks to keep them - Never create temporary scripts in the workspace root
Python Environment
- Run scripts with
python scripts/<filename>.pyfrom the workspace root - Use whatever Python executable is available in the environment (
pythonorpython3)
ESI API Patterns
- Use
client.get(path)for authenticated requests, client.get(path, authenticated=False)for public endpoints - NPC station IDs are in the
60000000-64000000range; player structures are> 1_000_000_000_000 - Jita is in The Forge region (region_id:
10000002) - Blueprint
quantity == -1means original (BPO);quantity == -2means copy (BPC) - Asset
location_flagvalues likeHiSlot*,MedSlot*,LoSlot*,Cargo,DroneBayindicate fitted/carried items
Code Style
- Use f-strings, type hints, and
from __future__ import annotations - Keep endpoint functions in
eve_esi/endpoints/-- don't inline ESI calls into scripts or mcp_server.py - All MCP tools return JSON strings (
json.dumps(data, indent=2)) - Prefer adding reusable functionality to endpoint modules rather than duplicating logic in scripts
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

EOE_MCP CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Berman510/EOE_MCP (2 stars, last pushed 7mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 584 tokens to every session, about $0.0023 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
