reply_to_messages_by_chat 使用规则：

先调用
fetch_messages_by_chat（例如last_n: 50），读取返回的sender/text列表，理解对话上下文。 - 如果你在当前对话轮次中已经有该联系人/群聊的最近消息，并且用户让你回复：
不再重复调用获取工具，直接根据已有历史与用户指令，调用
reply_to_messages_by_chat发送回复。 - 根据历史消息： 结合聊天内容和称呼，推断对方与用户的关系（如：亲密伴侣、家人、普通朋友、同学同事、老师/上级等）/群聊风格，并根据关系调整语气、用词和礼貌程度，尽量贴合既有聊天风格。
