What is aihw-mcp CLAUDE.md?

Licence is CC-BY 3.0 AU, matching APRA / ATO / ASIC.
Most AIHW publications are PDF-only — only datasets with machine-readable XLSX on data.gov.au (plus the two MyHospitals JSON-API datasets) are curated.
GRIM (General Record of Incidence of Mortality) goes back to 1907 — wide historical range, watch out for series breaks (1996 reclassification).
