Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01465 | $0.01465 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00732 | $0.00732 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00293 | $0.00293 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00146 | $0.00146 |
Grade A, and why
bitrise-workflow-editor CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 111 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

The one idea
The editor holds one YAML document as an AST in a Zustand store and lets people edit it through a dozen typed UIs instead of a text box. Pages read from the document, services mutate it, the Go server validates and persists it. Secrets, stacks, license pools and the step catalog live outside that document with their own fetch and save paths, which is the other half of docs/domain.md.
That "one document" is sometimes a tree of files linked by include:, and then it is a binding
to the active file rather than the whole config. Every service still works, and every service
reaches only that far, so a cascade written without knowing this leaves sibling files dangling and
its own safety check reassures you
(why).
It ships two ways: as a Bitrise CLI plugin (MODE=CLI, the default) and as a website inside the
Bitrise monolith (MODE=WEBSITE).
Which doc answers your question
| Question | Doc |
|---|---|
| How does X work? | docs/flows.md, seven paths with diagrams |
| What does this word mean, and what is guaranteed? | docs/domain.md |
| Why is it like this, may I change it, and what does this error mean? | docs/decisions.md, including a symptom index |
| How do I write code here? | docs/conventions.md |
Read domain.md before designing anything that adds an entity, a reference between entities, or
a cascade. Read decisions.md before changing something that looks odd, because it usually looks
that way on purpose.
Debugging something? docs/decisions.md opens with a symptom table, and
grep -rn '\*\*Trap\.\*\*' docs/ lists every known hazard in the set.
Those four cover what the source cannot tell you: rationale, and hazards that only appear at runtime. Service surfaces, model fields and file maps are deliberately absent. Read the code, it is right there and it does not go stale.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

bitrise-workflow-editor CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository bitrise-io/bitrise-workflow-editor (115 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,465 tokens to every session, about $0.0073 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
