What is mcp CLAUDE.md?

Project instructions for an MCP accessibility server, written in Portuguese and intended for Claude Code. They define required rules, the agent's working process, proof practices, and project-specific guidance.

Use them to guide Claude Code while developing or maintaining the Blindex09/mcp accessibility project.

They give Claude Code a consistent way to work in the project and explain how its results should be checked.
